How you are protected

Paying in crypto removes the safety net you are used to. There is no chargeback, no card issuer to take your side, and no way to claw a payment back once it confirms. So it is worth being precise about what protection actually exists here, and — more usefully — where it does not.

Buying from us

Most of what is on this site is sold by us rather than by a third party: gift cards, AI subscriptions, eSIMs, phones. For those, the protection is simple and it is a promise rather than a mechanism — if the thing cannot be delivered, you get all of your money back in the coin you paid with.

That covers the realistic failures: a model that cannot be sourced, a provider that refuses a third-party payment for your region, a gift card region that turns out to be wrong before you redeem it. We would rather refund than leave an order sitting, because an unresolved order on an irreversible payment is precisely what makes people stop trusting crypto commerce.

Buying from a marketplace seller

When you buy a listing from an independent seller, your payment does not go to them. It comes to us and stays here.

  1. You pay. The funds are held by us, not forwarded. The seller can see the order but cannot touch the money.
  2. The seller ships with tracking to the address you gave at checkout, and never to an address sent separately afterwards.
  3. A 14-day window opens once it arrives. If something is wrong, open a case from your order page — that freezes the seller’s payment immediately, and we decide between you rather than leaving you to argue with a stranger.
  4. Then the seller is credited and can withdraw to their own wallet.

The hold is the whole point. Without it, buying from a stranger with an irreversible payment would be a bet almost nobody should take — which is why peer-to-peer crypto sales of physical goods barely happen at any scale.

What is not protected

Two things, stated plainly because finding them out afterwards is worse.

A payment sent on the wrong network. If you send USDT on Tron to an Ethereum address, the funds sit on a chain where nobody holds the matching key. We cannot recover it, the processor cannot, and neither can your exchange. Read the networks guide before a first payment rather than after one.

A code that has already been redeemed. Once a gift card balance is on an account, it belongs to that account permanently. If a code does not work, stop and tell us — an unredeemed code can be replaced, a redeemed one cannot.

If something goes wrong

Email us with your order number and, if a payment is involved, the transaction ID from your wallet or exchange. Those two together let any payment be traced however it went wrong. A person reads every message — usually within a few hours, always within one business day — and a paid order that has gone wrong goes to the top of the pile.

Questions

What happens if you cannot fill my order?

Full refund in the coin you paid with, sent by hand from our wallet, usually within one business day. This is the most common refund we issue — a product turns out to be unsourceable, or a region blocks a payment — and it is why nothing here is confirmed by an automated system that has not checked whether the item exists.

Can a crypto payment be reversed?

No. There is no chargeback and no bank to intervene. Any refund is a new payment we send from our wallet to an address you give us, which is why refunds take a business day rather than being instant.

What is held in escrow?

Payments for marketplace listings sold by independent sellers. We hold the money after you pay and the seller is not credited until the item has been delivered and a 14-day window has passed, so a seller cannot take payment and disappear.

I sent crypto on the wrong network. Can you recover it?

Almost never. The funds exist on a chain where the receiving address has no matching key, and nobody — not us, not the processor, not your exchange — can move them. This is the one mistake in crypto payments that is genuinely permanent.

My code did not work. What now?

Tell us before you attempt to redeem it again. An unredeemed code can be replaced or refunded. A code that has been loaded onto an account cannot, because the balance now belongs to that account and no issuer will move it.
