What you can buy today

Two things check out instantly on this site: gift cards and AI credit. Both are digital, so there is nothing to ship and no address to give us.

Everything else — phones, laptops, watches, designer goods, flights, hotels, eSIM and top-ups — is quoted by hand. You send a request, we come back with a fixed price in your coin and a lead time, and only then do you pay. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved while a quote is outstanding.

1. You send your payment.
2. The network confirms it. How long that takes is the network's business, not ours — typically a couple of minutes, occasionally longer when a chain is congested.
3. We email your code to the address on the order. Your order page confirms it was sent and when.

If we are out of stock

Occasionally a product sells out between your payment landing and our stock check. When that happens we say so on your order page and by email, source the code, and deliver it — usually within a few hours. You can ask for a refund instead at any point before we send it.

Your delivery email

The code arrives in the body of the email, so you can redeem it without another step. That convenience has a cost you should know about: the email is bearer value. Anyone who reads it can redeem the code.

• Do not forward the message. Copy the code out if you need to share it with someone you trust.
• Give an address only you can read — not a shared or work mailbox.
• If it is not in your inbox within a few minutes of confirmation, check spam before contacting us. We can resend to the same address at any time; we cannot recall one already sent.

Physical goods

Phones, laptops, watches and designer goods ship tracked, and the carrier, lead time and destination are all confirmed in your quote before you pay. Import duty and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless your quote says otherwise in writing.

There is no self-service checkout for these yet, deliberately. Until we can price and source an item reliably enough to sell it off a shelf, we would rather quote it than take an irreversible payment for something we have not confirmed we can get.

Travel bookings

Flights and hotels are booked on your behalf. Traveller names must match the passport exactly — airline name changes are expensive and frequently impossible, and that cost falls to you if the details you gave us were wrong. Fares move constantly, so a quote is valid for a short window and we requote rather than absorb a change.

Once a booking is issued it is subject to the airline's or hotel's own change and cancellation rules, not ours. We pass on whatever refund they give us; we cannot give you more than that.
