Most problems here are one of four things, and three of them you can settle yourself in a couple of minutes. Start with whichever describes your situation.

Track an order

Your order number and email are all it takes. Every status change is on the same page.

A payment went wrong

Underpaid, overpaid, sent late or still unconfirmed. All four are recoverable — none of them mean the money is gone.

Questions

How do I check my order status?

Use the order tracking page with the order number from your confirmation email. It shows every status change, including payment confirmation and dispatch.

My code has not arrived. What now?

Check the order status first — codes are sent once payment confirms, and a payment that has not reached its confirmation threshold has not confirmed yet. If the order shows as fulfilled and no email arrived, check spam, then reply to the order confirmation.

I sent crypto on the wrong network. Can you recover it?

Almost never. The funds exist on a chain where the receiving address has no matching key. This is the one mistake in crypto payments that is genuinely permanent, which is why the network guide is worth reading before a first payment rather than after.

Can I cancel an order?

Before payment confirms, yes — an unpaid order simply expires. After that it depends what it is: an unredeemed code or an unshipped item can usually be refunded, a redeemed code cannot, and a booked flight is subject to the airline rules.

How do I contact a human?

Reply to your order confirmation email. It reaches the same people who process the orders, and it arrives with the order attached, which is faster than a form that does not.
