Refunds

The honest version first
Crypto payments do not reverse. There is no chargeback, no card issuer to appeal to, and no button we can press. Every refund on this site is a person sending funds back out of our wallet, by hand. That is slower than a card refund and it is one-way, so we would rather you know it now than discover it later.
You always get a refund when
- We cannot deliver what you bought.
- You paid and your order was never fulfilled.
- You overpaid — the excess goes back.
- We cancel your order for our own reasons.
You cannot get a refund when
- We have already emailed you the code. Once it has left our hands we cannot know whether it has been redeemed, and we cannot recall it. Delivery is the point of no return.
- You bought the wrong region or the wrong product and the code has already been sent. Check the product page before you buy — region restrictions are stated there.
- You forwarded the email, or gave us an address someone else can read, and the code was redeemed by them.
- You sent funds on the wrong network or to an expired invoice. We will try to help, but funds on the wrong chain are frequently unrecoverable and that is outside our control.
How a refund is sent
- Email us from the address on the order, with the order number.
- Send a receiving address and name the network.
- We send the refund from our wallet, usually within one business day. The network fee comes out of the refunded amount.
- We email you the transaction hash so you can verify it yourself on a block explorer.
Refunds are sent in the coin you paid with, valued at the amount that actually landed in our wallet. If the market has moved since, that movement is not something we can compensate for in either direction.
Underpaid orders
If less arrives than the invoice needed, your order is held — never silently cancelled. You choose: send the shortfall to the same address, or ask for what you sent back.
