Seller agreement

The commercial terms between you and Djali et fils LLC when you sell through allwithcrypto. Applying to sell means accepting these.

1. What we do and do not do

We provide the storefront, take the buyer’s payment, hold it, and pay you. We are not the seller of your item and we do not own it at any point. The contract of sale is between you and the buyer; we handle the money and the platform.

2. Fees

There is no fee to list and no fee to withdraw. We take 10% commission of the sale price when an item sells.

The rate is fixed at the moment of sale and recorded against that sale. If we change the commission later it applies only to sales made afterwards, never retroactively to money you have already earned.

Blockchain network fees on your withdrawal are yours. We do not add a margin to them.

3. When you are paid

The buyer’s payment is held from the moment it confirms. It is not forwarded to you and you cannot draw against it.

The hold clock starts when delivery is confirmed — by the buyer, by us, or automatically for a tracked item long after dispatch where the buyer never responds. Fourteen days after that confirmation, the funds become withdrawable to the wallet address on your account.

Two consequences worth being explicit about. An item you never ship never becomes payable, however long you wait. And a payout is sent only to the address on your account at the time of withdrawal, which is why changing it requires confirmation.

4. What you are responsible for

That you own the item and may lawfully sell it. That your description and photographs are accurate and of the actual item. That it complies with the marketplace rules. That you ship promptly, tracked, to the address the platform gives you. That you meet any legal obligations that apply to you, including tax on what you earn.

5. What we are responsible for

Holding the buyer’s funds and releasing what you are owed on the terms above. Reviewing listings before publication. Reading reports and disputes. Telling you plainly when a listing is refused and why.

We are not responsible for the value of cryptocurrency between the sale and your withdrawal. Your balance is recorded in US dollars and converted at withdrawal, so movement in the coin you chose is yours — in both directions.

6. Disputes and refunds

If a buyer raises a problem inside the window, the funds stay held until it is resolved. We will ask both sides for evidence — for you that usually means the tracking number and photographs taken before dispatch, which is why keeping them matters.

Where an item was not as described, not delivered, or not authentic, we refund the buyer from the held funds. Where a claim is not supported, the funds are released to you as normal.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend an account for a breach of the marketplace rules, a pattern of disputes, or anything suggesting fraud or stolen property, and we will say which. Funds relating to completed, undisputed sales are still paid out. Funds relating to disputed sales are held until resolved.

You can stop selling at any time. Ending your account does not cancel obligations on sales already made — outstanding orders must still be fulfilled.

8. Identity

Selling here does not require an identity document today. That is a deliberate position rather than an oversight, and it is not a promise about the future: if the law where we operate requires identity checks above a threshold, we will apply them and say so rather than pretend otherwise. We may also ask for proof of ownership on a specific item at any value.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement. Material changes — anything affecting fees, payout timing or what you are responsible for — will be notified to the email on your account before they take effect.
