Once the network confirms, we email you the code. It arrives in the body of the message so you can redeem it in one step. One thing worth saying plainly: that email is bearer value. Anyone who can read it can spend the balance, so do not forward it, and give us an address only you can open.
Region matters on this one
Amazon balances are region-locked. A code issued for one Amazon marketplace will not redeem on another, and there is no way to convert one into the other after the fact. Check which region you need before you buy — once we have sent the code we cannot know whether it has been redeemed, so it cannot be refunded. Up until we send it, a refund is always available.

Paying with crypto

If the rate moves. Pay after the window and the quote no longer applies. Your funds are not lost — the payment lands in a hold state and we settle it by hand, either topping up or refunding the difference.
Delivery. The moment your payment reaches enough confirmations, we email your code to the address on the order. In stock that is minutes. If we have sold out between your payment and our stock check we tell you so honestly, buy it, and it lands within a few hours. Keep that email private — anyone who reads it can redeem the code.
Refunds. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us or by your wallet. If we cannot deliver what you bought we send funds back by hand from our wallet, minus the network fee, usually within a business day. A code we have already emailed you cannot be refunded — once it has left our hands we cannot know whether it has been redeemed.

The region shown at checkout, and only that one. Amazon balances do not transfer between marketplaces, and a code redeemed on the wrong one cannot be recovered. If you are unsure, ask us before you buy.
How quickly does the code arrive after I pay?
As soon as your transaction has enough network confirmations — typically a few minutes. It is emailed to the address on your order. If we are out of stock at that moment we say so and source it, usually within a few hours.
What if the email never arrives?
Check your spam folder first — it is titled "Your code". If it is genuinely missing, email us with your order number and we resend to the same address. We can resend as often as you need; we cannot recall a code already sent.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, at any time before we send the code. Once it has been emailed we cannot tell whether it has been redeemed, so it cannot be refunded.
Do I need an account with you?
