A PlayStation Store card puts funds in your PSN wallet, which then covers games, add-ons, and PlayStation Plus renewals. For a console account that has outlived the card originally attached to it, topping up the wallet is usually simpler than fighting Sony's billing form.
Your account region was set when you created it
This matters more on PlayStation than almost anywhere else. A PSN account's region is chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed afterwards — not by you and not by support. A store card only redeems on an account in the matching region. If your account was made years ago in a different country, that is the region you need, regardless of where you live now.
If you are not sure, your account region shows in the PlayStation Store URL and in account settings. Send us a message before buying rather than guessing; we would rather answer a question than process a refund we cannot fully give.
PlayStation Plus
Wallet funds renew a Plus subscription perfectly well, and for many people that is the whole reason for buying one. If you specifically want a Plus membership code rather than wallet funds, ask — they are different products and we will source the right one.
If you order the wrong region
Tell us before you reveal the code and we refund in full, in the coin you paid with, no argument. Once a code has been emailed we have no way of knowing whether it has already been redeemed, so that email is the point of no return. Asking first costs you nothing and takes a minute.

Paying with crypto
Coins accepted. BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), USDT (Tron (TRC-20)), USDT (Ethereum (ERC-20)), USDC (Polygon), LTC (Litecoin), SOL (Solana), XMR (Monero). Any coin whose network minimum is above this order total is hidden at checkout rather than failing after you have sent funds.
The payment window. When you check out you get a fixed quote and a 20-minute window. The quote is locked for that window, so a move in the market inside it costs us, not you. Send the exact amount shown; a different amount has to be reconciled by hand.
If the rate moves. Pay after the window and the quote no longer applies. Your funds are not lost — the payment lands in a hold state and we settle it by hand, either topping up or refunding the difference.
Delivery. The moment your payment reaches enough confirmations, we email your code to the address on the order. In stock that is minutes. If we have sold out between your payment and our stock check we tell you so honestly, buy it, and it lands within a few hours. Keep that email private — anyone who reads it can redeem the code.
Refunds. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us or by your wallet. If we cannot deliver what you bought we send funds back by hand from our wallet, minus the network fee, usually within a business day. A code we have already emailed you cannot be refunded — once it has left our hands we cannot know whether it has been redeemed.
