Install it before you fly
This is the one thing worth getting right. Install the eSIM while you still have wi-fi at home; the countdown on most plans starts when the profile first connects to a network abroad, not when you scan the code. Scanning it at the airport on landing, with no data to download the profile, is the classic way to strand yourself.
Check your phone first
Your phone must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. Most iPhones from the XS onward and most recent Android flagships do. If you scan the code and your phone refuses the profile because it is locked, tell us — we would rather refund you than argue about whose fault the lock is.

Paying with crypto
Coins accepted. BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), USDT (Tron (TRC-20)), USDT (Ethereum (ERC-20)), USDC (Polygon), LTC (Litecoin), SOL (Solana), XMR (Monero). Any coin whose network minimum is above this order total is hidden at checkout rather than failing after you have sent funds.
The payment window. When you check out you get a fixed quote and a 20-minute window. The quote is locked for that window, so a move in the market inside it costs us, not you. Send the exact amount shown; a different amount has to be reconciled by hand.
If the rate moves. Pay after the window and the quote no longer applies. Your funds are not lost — the payment lands in a hold state and we settle it by hand, either topping up or refunding the difference.
Delivery. The moment your payment reaches enough confirmations, we email your code to the address on the order. In stock that is minutes. If we have sold out between your payment and our stock check we tell you so honestly, buy it, and it lands within a few hours. Keep that email private — anyone who reads it can redeem the code.
Refunds. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us or by your wallet. If we cannot deliver what you bought we send funds back by hand from our wallet, minus the network fee, usually within a business day. A code we have already emailed you cannot be refunded — once it has left our hands we cannot know whether it has been redeemed.

Do I keep my normal number?
Yes. The eSIM is a second profile for data. Your usual SIM stays in the phone for calls and texts — just turn its data roaming off so it does not charge you.
When does the plan start counting?
On most plans, when the profile first connects to a network in the destination — not when you scan the code. Install it at home on wi-fi and it will not start early.
Will it work on my phone?
It needs eSIM support and no carrier lock. Most iPhones from the XS onward and recent Android flagships qualify. If your phone refuses the profile, tell us and we will refund you.
Can I use it as a hotspot?
On most plans yes, and it counts against the same allowance. Tell us if tethering is essential and we will confirm before you order.
