Install it before you leave
Scan the code at home on wi-fi. Downloading the profile needs a connection, and on most plans the countdown starts when it first connects abroad rather than when you scan it — so installing early costs you nothing and saves you from arriving somewhere with no way to get online.
Check the itinerary, not just the headline number
A hundred countries is a large number and it still may not include yours. Coverage lists change, and a route through central Asia or parts of Africa is far more likely to have a gap than one through Europe or east Asia. Send us your stops before you order and we will check them against the current list rather than let you find out at an airport.

Paying with crypto
Coins accepted. BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), USDT (Tron (TRC-20)), USDT (Ethereum (ERC-20)), USDC (Polygon), LTC (Litecoin), SOL (Solana), XMR (Monero). Any coin whose network minimum is above this order total is hidden at checkout rather than failing after you have sent funds.
The payment window. When you check out you get a fixed quote and a 20-minute window. The quote is locked for that window, so a move in the market inside it costs us, not you. Send the exact amount shown; a different amount has to be reconciled by hand.
If the rate moves. Pay after the window and the quote no longer applies. Your funds are not lost — the payment lands in a hold state and we settle it by hand, either topping up or refunding the difference.
Delivery. The moment your payment reaches enough confirmations, we email your code to the address on the order. In stock that is minutes. If we have sold out between your payment and our stock check we tell you so honestly, buy it, and it lands within a few hours. Keep that email private — anyone who reads it can redeem the code.
Refunds. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us or by your wallet. If we cannot deliver what you bought we send funds back by hand from our wallet, minus the network fee, usually within a business day. A code we have already emailed you cannot be refunded — once it has left our hands we cannot know whether it has been redeemed.

Is this better value than a regional eSIM?
Only if you are crossing regions. For a trip inside Europe or the US alone, the regional plan is cheaper per gigabyte and we would rather you bought that.
Does it switch networks automatically?
Yes. The profile connects to a partner network in whichever covered country you are in — you do not do anything at a border.
Do I get a phone number?
No. These are data-only. App-based calls and messages work normally.
What if a country on my route is not covered?
Send us your itinerary before you order and we will check it against the coverage list.
