We do not currently accept Monero
This page used to say we took XMR. We do not any more, and saying so plainly is better than leaving you to discover it at checkout. Payment here is now direct to our own addresses, and we do not hold a Monero one — a coin sent to an address nobody controls is gone, so we would rather not offer it than offer it badly.
We cannot receive XMR and hold no Monero address. Do not send it — it could not be recovered or refunded. The coins we do take are listed below.

What Monero hides, and what it does not
On the chain, Monero conceals the sender, the receiver and the amount. That is a genuine difference from Bitcoin, where anyone can follow an address forever, and it is the reason people choose it.
What it does not do is make a purchase anonymous to the shop. You still give an email address to receive a code, and a delivery address if something is posted to you. Monero protects the payment, not the order. Anyone implying otherwise is selling a feeling rather than describing a mechanism.
What you can pay with instead
We take Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, and USDT or USDC on Tron and BNB Smart Chain. You pick the coin on your order page after checkout, and we show the address, a QR code and the exact amount.
For the lowest fee and no exchange-rate movement while you pay, a stablecoin on Tron or BNB Smart Chain is usually the cheapest way through.
Why a privacy coin is harder to accept
Because Monero conceals the sender, a refund cannot be returned to where it came from — that information genuinely does not exist for the recipient. Every refund needs the payer to supply an address, which is a real support burden rather than an edge case.
Many payment processors will not touch it either, and some exchanges have delisted it. None of that is a judgement about the coin; it is why supporting it properly is harder than adding a line to a list.
If this changes
If we add a Monero address we will list XMR on the order page alongside the others, and this page will say so. Until it does, treat any site claiming to take Monero on our behalf as not us.
When not to pay with XMR
Do not send XMR to any address you find for us — we do not have one, and it cannot be recovered or refunded. Use one of the coins listed above instead.

Why did you stop accepting XMR?
Payment moved to our own addresses rather than a processor, and we do not hold a Monero address. Offering a coin we cannot receive would mean taking money we could never return.
Does paying in Monero make an order anonymous anyway?
No. It conceals the payment on the chain, but a shop still needs an email address for delivery and a postal address for physical goods. It protects the transaction, not the order.
Will you accept it again?
Possibly. If we add an address, XMR appears on the order page with the other coins and this page changes to say so.
